An incredible cook, Maria delights the team with homemade pasta and cookies as a reward for their hard work. Her love for flowers is evident in her beautiful garden, and she also cultivates a thriving vegetable garden each summer.

In addition to her culinary talents, Maria oversees the finances at Giovanni’s, always ready to lend a helping hand wherever needed. She cherishes moments spent with her grandchildren and enjoys crocheting in her free time.
